Designed for students to excel.
Our 12-week rigorous computer science program empowers students to become innovators. Your learning doesn't stop with Zyboot, it only just begins.
By taking advantage of the variety of experience we have had, from bootcamps to formal instruction at top institutions, we have created the most comprehensive computer science program in the industry.
Project Based Learning
An essential dimension of our teaching philosophy is relevant project based learning. We have our students not only learn by doing, but contribute to open source projects that are being actively developed.
A key part of our culture is creating well-rounded students so that, not only do you get the best job offers, but you can also pursue entrepreneurial endeavors. Either way, we support you for six months after graduation.
Our Teachers are leaders.
We don't hire teachers, we hire leaders of industry. All of our teachers have had past experience at top tech companies or have started their own.
Everything you need.
Zyboot is everything you need to not only advance your career, but advance yourself. We have a variety of lifestyle seminars, professional workshops and community events that challenge our students to create a lifestyle of success.
The Three Skills
Our program focuses our teachings on these three important skills. We have found that most every successful person in the technology industry has these skills.
Teams and People
In order to do anything in life you must interact with people, unless of course you're a coder! Or maybe not. Being able to work on teams is vital to being successful in the tech industry. We give you the team experience necessary for success.
Yes, this is the central teaching of a coding bootcamp, but where we focus is to give you the right tools to build anything. At Zyboot you won't become a technician, you'll be come a developer. You'll leave with the confidence that you can build anything.
Growth and Business
If you ever have tried to create your own product or business, you'll know first hand how dificult it is to get started. You're expected to know the high-growth advantages of a C-Corp, yet nobody teaches this information. We want you to be able to create anything.

What exactly is Zyboot?
Zyboot is a 12-week coding bootcamp! We help our students become developers who are ready to tackle real world programming problems. Once you graduate, we help you find a job or start your own company!
Why did you make Zyboot?
We were sick of insitutional learning. You spend 20 - 60k in tuition a year for a piece of paper, and end up having no practical skills for the workplace. Yet, on the other hand, existing bootcamps teach you how to become a "technician" who can copy pre-thought solutions. Learning from both of these failed/failing institutions, we set out to create Zyboot.
Where are you located?
We are located in the heart of Seattle, Washington. This is a great location for both lifestyle and getting a top tech job. We encourage our graduates to stick around to take advantage of the opportunities available in the area.
When can I start?
Our cohorts occur four times a year: January 1st - March 31st, April 1st - June 30th, July 1st - September 30th, October 1st - December 31st. You can apply up to six months in advance and applications are accepted on a rolling basis.
What coding languages do you teach?
How much experience in coding do you need to join?
None! We expect our students to have little to no knowledge. Though, some students with a more theoretical background could use our curriculum to refine and apply their skills.
Should I attend Zyboot? If so, why?
You should attend Zyboot if you're driven to achieve. You don't need special hard skills or soft skills; skill can be forged, you just need passion and drive. If you have passion and drive, we have the teachers, network and resources to make you succeed even your wildest dreams. That's why our program is special, we give you a lot more than just the hard skill of coding.
What will I learn?
You have a great deal of choice in the path you take at Zyboot. After learning the basics, youâll be able to choose from a few pre-defined learning paths: AI & Machine Learning, Web Development, Mobile Development, Security and B2B/Fintech. If a particular area interests you that isn't encompassed by our themes, you can be sure to tell us ahead of time and we can accommodate your theme-driven development.
Who typically attends Zyboot's camp?
We have no typical attendee. A very diverse group attends for very diverse reasons. That being said, the typical reasons tend to be along the lines of: young person looking for a career in tech, middle aged person looking to redirect the course of their life and post-college person looking to add a marketable skill to their repertoire.
What's the application process like?
The application process consists of four parts: online form, coding test, phone interview and decision. For the coding test, we provide you with the resources you need to be successful, you just have to take advantage of it.
How much is tuition?
Tuition is $15,000. A month before the program the tuition is due. Before then, a $1,000 non-refundable deposit is required that goes toward your tuition.
Are there financing options?
Yes. We offer a deffered tuition option to qualifying students that allows you to pay 25% of your first year's upon employeement. This is only avaible to select students. Contact us for further informaiton.
What's the time commitment?
Week days are packed from 9am - 8pm. A typical day will have 2 hours of lecture and a lot of hands on coding. Saturdays are special days during which you'll be working on a projects and attending workshops and seminars. Sundays our building will be open for you to come in and work more on your homework and projects!
What happens after I graduate?
We start the job search! Your final week at Zyboot, you'll be meeting with local recruiters and well connected leaders of industry, our "Week of Networking". After our week of networking it's likely that you already have some interviews, but if they don't go as planned we still support your job hunt or startup venture for 6 months after graduation.
What type of opportunities will this create for me?
The average yearly package for a software developer in the Seattle area is $118,233. We are surrounded by Microsoft and Amazon, however, don't discount the potential your fellow 'cohorties' have. A few might pursue startups and will need your help!
